Color Correction / Neutralization

Color neutralization in PMU (Permanent Makeup) is a corrective technique used to adjust unwanted pigment tones in the skin by applying colors that cancel them out on the color wheel. For example: If old brows have red/orange tones, a green/olive corrector is used. If brows have blue/gray tones, a warm orange or peach pigment is used. If the pigment is purple, a yellow corrector may be needed. The goal is to balance the undesired undertones before implanting a new target color, ensuring the healed results look natural and true to tone. Neutralization is often done in a separate session before reworking or refreshing PMU.
